Gallup, Inc. seeks Senior Backend Developers in Omaha, NE to help build exciting new products and maintain our core infrastructure — a combined web application and data processing/analytics platform. You will develop, build out and maintain applications in AWS using relational, SQL, Python, and specialized databases like Snowflake.
You will also collaborate with internal partners to anticipate challenges, mitigate risks, and track and monitor trends to proactively solve problems. Your expertise will play a critical role in providing the exceptional service that clients expect from Gallup.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- req. Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS or related.
- Min req. 6 months of experience in computer programming.
- Min req. 6 months experience of Python, Snowflake, SQL, Github.
- req. 6 months experience in cloud services (e.g. AWS) and serverless architectures.
- req. 6 months of open-source statistical programming languages; data structure and algorithms; object oriented programming.
- Knowledge of Integrated machine learning models and AI algorithms into backend services.
