Serve as a community liaison by participating in local and community organizations and charitable activities, championing company-sponsored programs and events to associates, customers, and the local community. Supervise and manage associates and leaders in area of responsibility by giving direction, communicating goals, monitoring performance, and providing feedback, identifying training and development needs, and providing opportunities for learning and growth, teaching and supporting Logistics and company policies and procedures, and participating in the hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of associates facility-wide.

The annual salary range for this position is $116,000.00 - $174,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
