ABOUT NETSKOPE
Today, there's more data and users outside the enterprise than inside, causing the network perimeter as we know it to dissolve. We realized a new perimeter was needed, one that is built in the cloud and follows and protects data wherever it goes, so we started Netskope to redefine Cloud, Network and Data Security.
Since 2012, we have built the market-leading cloud security company and an award-winning culture powered by hundreds of employees spread across offices in Santa Clara, St. Louis, Bangalore, London, Paris, Melbourne, Taipei, and Tokyo. Our core values are openness, honesty, and transparency, and we purposely developed our open desk layouts and large meeting spaces to support and promote partnerships, collaboration, and teamwork. From catered lunches and office celebrations to employee recognition events and social professional groups such as the Awesome Women of Netskope (AWON), we strive to keep work fun, supportive and interactive.
WHY WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOU
Netskope is the global leader in cloud security and a pioneer of the Security Service Edge (SSE) category. With over 3,000 employees across 30+ countries and consistent recognition as a leader by Gartner, Forrester, and IDC, we are one of the fastest-growing companies in enterprise security.
We are looking to hire sharp, competitive, and intellectually hungry SDRs to join our growing global revenue organization and build a high-ceiling career at the intersection of cybersecurity and AI. Your mission is to generate the pipeline that fuels Netskope's continued growth and to develop into the kind of revenue talent this company will be built on for the next decade.
This is not a role for people looking to coast. This is a high-bar, high-pace environment for people who want to be the best, build something real, and have proof of it when they’re done.
THE IMPACT YOU'LL HAVE
- Generate qualified pipeline through account-based outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up, anchored in heavy calling and supported by creative outreach
- Convert conversations into committed meetings and viable opportunities with senior technical and business stakeholders
- Partner closely with your Regional Sales Managers to develop and execute on territory strategy
- Continuously learn and develop your craft by engaging with coaching, enablement, and peer feedback
- Consistently go above and beyond your individual quota to help your teammates and the broader team win
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1-2+ years of experience in software sales
- A documented history of excellence: sales attainment and stack rank if you have sold before, or proof of high performance in athletics, academics, leadership, or any competitive pursuit
- Genuine pull toward sales as a craft, not just the career path or the income
- Active AI fluency - you are using AI in your personal workflow today, you have built or automated something for yourself, and you can speak to it in depth
- A learner's mindset with visible evidence you treat your own development as a personal project. You build, learn, and consume content on your craft without being asked
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills and real phone presence
- Grit and competitiveness, with proof you have stayed sharp through rejection, pressure, and adversity
- You think with structure under pressure and get sharper when the problem gets harder
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where the plan changes and ambiguity is the norm
- Organized and self-directed, with personal systems for managing your time and tracking your performance
WHY NETSKOPE
Cybersecurity and AI are among the most valuable resume categories in enterprise technology, and Netskope puts you at the center of both from day one. Our SDR program offers dedicated coaching, best-in-class tooling, and a documented promotion path backed by a real track record - former Netskope SDRs are top performers across our AE and GTM teams. If you have hit the ceiling at your current company and want a real path forward, this is built for you.
BEFORE YOU APPLY
Do real research before you reach out. The strongest applications come from candidates who already understand what we do, why it matters, and why they want to be part of it. The best ones do more than that - they prospect us. If you want this job, prove you can do this job. Make yourself undeniable and impossible to ignore.
Onsight 5 days/week at our St Louis office.

Which companies sponsor visas for sales development representatives in Missouri?
In Missouri, employers with documented histories of sponsoring work visas for sales and business development roles include Mastercard and World Wide Technology in St. Louis, and Cerner (now Oracle Health) and Garmin in the Kansas City area. Enterprise software, financial technology, and healthcare IT companies tend to have the structured HR processes needed to support H-1B visa and other visa categories for SDR positions.
Which visa types are most common for sales development representative roles in Missouri?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for SDR roles in Missouri, though it requires the position to qualify as a specialty occupation, meaning the employer must demonstrate the role requires at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field such as business, marketing, or communications. Candidates already holding TN visa, L-1 visa, or O-1 visa status may find it easier to move into SDR roles without requiring a new employer petition from scratch.
Which cities in Missouri have the most sales development representative sponsorship jobs?
St. Louis and Kansas City account for the large majority of SDR sponsorship opportunities in Missouri. St. Louis benefits from a concentration of financial services, technology, and logistics companies, while Kansas City's growing healthcare technology and agribusiness sectors drive SDR demand. Smaller markets like Columbia and Springfield have limited sponsorship activity and are primarily served by regional or smaller employers less experienced with visa processes.
How to find sales development representative visa sponsorship jobs in Missouri?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, making it straightforward to identify Missouri employers actively hiring SDRs who are open to sponsoring international candidates. Rather than sorting through thousands of general postings, you can focus on companies in St. Louis and Kansas City that have already indicated sponsorship willingness for sales and business development roles, saving significant time in your search.
Are there any Missouri-specific considerations for SDR visa sponsorship candidates?
Missouri has a strong pipeline of international business graduates from Washington University in St. Louis and the University of Missouri, which means local employers in financial services and technology are more accustomed to fielding sponsorship inquiries from SDR candidates. Because SDR roles can face scrutiny on specialty occupation grounds, candidates with degrees directly in business, marketing, or a technical field aligned with the employer's product are better positioned when employers file H-1B petitions.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored sales development representative jobs in Missouri?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
