Job Description:
Summary
Provides technical assistance over the phone to onsite field technicians and end users of AAON by performing the following duties.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answers and solves technical support calls on AAON controls.
- Assists in testing and troubleshooting AAON digital controls.
- Performs job site startup and troubleshooting with field personnel.
- Evaluates the need for escalation to Mechanical Support / Engineering and Controls Engineering.
- Performs administrative duties associated with controls support position.
- Use Test Bench to assist field technicians with hardware I/O, SOO, and Applications.
- Must be available for afterhours field support during the work week, weekends, and holidays as needed. This is subject to change according to business needs.
Education and Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Any Technical Trade School training is preferred. Electrical Controls and Instrumentation Automation is a plus. HVAC or Electrical training is preferred.

Work Environment:
Lift up to 10lbs. Required to sit, use hands talk and hear 85 % of work hours. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus, and ability to see color.
