JOB DETAILS
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Healthcare Superintendent to join our team in the construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced, innovative team that is committed to excellence in the construction of healthcare facilities. The successful candidate will have a strong background in the healthcare construction industry, with a focus on TI, Renovation, Remodel, Ground Up, medical offices, and Hospital Rooms. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Superintendent, your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of healthcare construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinating with project managers, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to develop and implement project plans.
- Ensuring all construction activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Managing the procurement of materials and equipment, and ensuring they are delivered on time and are of high quality.
- Overseeing the hiring, training, and supervision of construction workers and subcontractors.
- Conducting regular site inspections to ensure work is being carried out to the highest standards.
- Resolving any issues or disputes that arise during the construction process in a timely and effective manner.
- Preparing and presenting progress reports to stakeholders.
- Managing the renovation and remodeling of existing healthcare facilities.
- Overseeing the construction of new healthcare facilities from the ground up.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate for the Healthcare Superintendent position will possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on healthcare facilities.
- Proven experience with TI, Renovation, Remodel, Ground Up, medical offices, and Hospital Rooms.
