Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Missoula, MT, for a Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs, build relationships to earn repeat business, and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Responsibilities include engaging with customers to identify their preferences, presenting vehicle features and financing options, and maintaining knowledge of inventory and market trends. The role requires delivering an exceptional sales experience while meeting personal and team sales goals.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Sales, negotiation, and ability to meet performance targets
- Knowledge of automotive products, features, and industry trends is a plus
- Ability to learn quickly, stay organized, and demonstrate adaptability
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools is an advantage
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet licensing requirements
