Summary: As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will serve as the primary liaison between our internal business stakeholders and engineering teams. This position requires deep expertise in the Workday Learning module to effectively resolve complex technical issues. Technical Solutions Consultants are inherently inquisitive, adept at navigating ambiguous situations, and proficient in developing innovative solutions to meet client requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Configure business processes within the Workday Learning module.
- Execute the Workday Learning setup within the tenant environment.
- Offer technical assistance to clients throughout the testing phase, ensuring that all Workday Learning functionalities align with their specifications and expectations.
- Develop comprehensive technical specifications for Workday Learning configurations.
- Maintain consistent and professional communication with client subject matter experts to facilitate successful implementation and optimization of Workday Learning.
- Establish consensus on business processes and design, guaranteeing adherence to Workday Learning best practices.
- Conduct data mapping and execute data loads for learning metadata, course content, and SCORM files.
- Design, architect, and implement security configurations for learners, instructors, administrators, and support teams within the Learning module.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for all Learning-related data within the Workday platform.
- Configure integrations connecting Workday Learning with various third-party systems.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $86.00 - $89.00/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus.
