INTRODUCTION
This is an onsite role in Tualatin, OR 97062. Shift Schedule, Regular Mon-Fri, 40 hours/week.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Process Technician, you are a vital part of the team in actively supporting process development, product development, and research and development (R&D). You’ll set up and maintain electroplating baths, conduct technical tests and experiments, process test runs, and present results. Your technical expertise supports process development, contributing commitment to innovation.

- A person who can handle chemistry safely, work with delicate wafer pieces, and shipping things carefully.
Scope & Responsibilities:
- Support Process Engineers in preparation for wafer- and coupon-level tests, building and verifying chemical baths, and sample processing.
- Operate processing equipment and advanced manual and automated tools to reveal fill characteristics.
- Process test runs and prepare images and measurements to verify and record fill characteristics.
- Provide technical assistance to process development teams and process engineers.
- Assist in technical troubleshooting and improvement opportunities of the application lab tools and experiment setups.
- Prepare shipping requests and package materials for shipping.
- Perform technical tests and experiments for process engineering within R&D.
- Perform set up of processing equipment.
- Monitor, audit and provide guidance to line operators.
- Process test runs and prepare records, charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products.
- Provide technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.
Deliverables:
- Build and maintain electroplating baths, image and measure polished wafers/coupons, submit shipping requests, package and move shipments to shipping locations, other tasks as needed by Process Engineering team.
