Summary: We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to design, build, and maintain KPI frameworks and performance reports that enable data-driven decision-making. This role partners closely with business and functional leaders to define meaningful metrics, ensure data accuracy, and translate performance insights into clear, actionable reporting. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to define, document, and standardize KPIs aligned to business objectives
- Design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring performance reports (e.g., weekly, monthly, executive)
- Analyze KPI trends, variances, and drivers; surface insights and recommendations
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports and sources
- Automate reporting where possible to improve scalability and reliability
- Develop clear data visualizations and narratives tailored to executive and operational audiences
- Establish reporting governance, definitions, and metric documentation
- Support ad hoc analysis and deep dives to inform decision-making
- Continuously improve KPI frameworks based on evolving business needs
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- 8 to 10 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or performance reporting
- Strong experience with Power BI and reporting tools
- Proficiency in Excel; working knowledge of SQL and data modeling preferred
- Experience translating business questions into measurable KPIs
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting operational, finance, procurement, or supply chain functions
- Familiarity with KPI governance, metric standardization, and reporting best practices
- Experience working with large or complex datasets across multiple systems
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Pay Transparency:
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $75.00 - $80.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
