The Executive Programs Group supports our nation’s warfighters providing critical voice, video, and data collaboration services for the full spectrum of military operations to VVIP federal aircraft via a nationwide air to ground network.
AT&T has an opening for Senior Network Design Engineer to support the Northstar program providing voice, video, and data communications to military aircraft.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Candidate will be capable of working at the highest technical level of all phases of enterprise network systems engineering.
- He or she will possess substantive knowledge of enterprise wired networks and UHF air-to-ground networks.
REQUIRED CLEARANCE:
Top Secret (#topsecret)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The Senior Network Engineer will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of ten (10) years of progressively more difficult analytical and/or technical experience performing systems analysis on networks and/or information systems. Eight additional years of related experience may substitute for the degree.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Cisco Certification – CCNA, CCNP and/or prior experience with Nightwatch and/or Looking Glass programs.
COMPENSATION
Our Senior Network Design Engineer's earn between $154,336. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
