Why Socure?
Socure is building the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy — verifying 100% of good identities in real time and stopping fraud before it starts. The mission is big, the problems are complex, and the impact is felt by businesses, governments, and millions of people every day.
We hire people who want that level of responsibility. People who move fast, think critically, act like owners, and care deeply about solving customer problems with precision. If you want predictability or narrow scope, this won’t be your place. If you want to help build the future of identity with a team that holds a high bar for itself — keep reading.
The Role
Socure is seeking a strategic, market-facing leader to build and scale our Analyst & Industry Relations function into a core driver of category leadership, product-led growth, and revenue influence.
This is not a traditional AR role. You will operate at the intersection of product, narrative, and market influence — partnering across Product, Product Marketing, Communications, and Sales to turn Socure’s innovation into platform-level storytelling that shapes analyst frameworks, influences buyers, and accelerates growth.
You will own and evolve three critical pillars:
- Analyst Strategy & Influence – shaping how firms like Gartner, Forrester, and Liminal define and evaluate our category
- Industry & Media Relations – building deep relationships with vertical tech media, independent analysts, and emerging influencer voices
- Technical Storytelling Engine – scaling how we translate product innovation and SME expertise into repeatable, market-facing narratives
This is a highly cross-functional, high-impact role with direct visibility to executive leadership and measurable influence on pipeline, customer growth, and revenue outcomes.

- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with key analysts and advisory voices

-

- Ensure Socure is consistently present in the conversations that shape buyer perception within key verticals
3. Technical Storytelling & Narrative Engine

-
Partner with Product and PMM to turn launches, capabilities, and roadmap moments into:
-

- Media storylines
-
Sales-ready messaging
-

Which companies sponsor visas for customer success operations roles in Nevada?
Aristocrat Technologies, Everi Holdings, and Switch are among Nevada employers with documented H-1B sponsorship histories for operations and customer success roles. Las Vegas-based hospitality technology firms and gaming software companies frequently hire for customer success operations positions and have HR infrastructure familiar with the sponsorship process, making them more likely to support international candidates than smaller regional employers.
Which visa types are most common for customer success operations roles in Nevada?
The H-1B is the most common visa for customer success operations roles in Nevada, provided the position requires a bachelor's degree in a specific field such as business, information systems, or a related discipline. Candidates from Australia may qualify for the E-3 visa, which offers the same work authorization without the H-1B lottery. TN status is an option for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying business or management roles.
Which cities in Nevada have the most customer success operations sponsorship jobs?
Las Vegas accounts for the majority of customer success operations sponsorship opportunities in Nevada, driven by its concentration of gaming technology, hospitality software, and fintech companies. Reno is a secondary hub, supported by a growing tech sector and proximity to Northern California employers who also maintain Nevada operations. Henderson, as a Las Vegas suburb, also hosts several corporate headquarters with relevant openings.
How to find customer success operations visa sponsorship jobs in Nevada?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, making it straightforward to search for customer success operations roles in Nevada without sorting through positions that don't support international candidates. You can narrow results by location to focus on Las Vegas or Reno, where sponsoring employers are most active. Migrate Mate also provides employer sponsorship history to help you prioritize applications.
Are there any Nevada-specific considerations for customer success operations visa sponsorship?
Nevada's prevailing wage requirements for H-1B customer success operations roles are benchmarked to Las Vegas and Reno metropolitan areas, which typically reflect lower wage levels than San Francisco or New York. This can make Nevada-based sponsorship more accessible for employers managing labor costs. UNLV and the University of Nevada, Reno supply a regional talent pipeline, but international graduates on OPT often pursue Nevada employers specifically in gaming technology and hospitality software sectors.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored customer success operations jobs in Nevada?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
