Which companies in Texas sponsor visas for customer success operations roles?
Large enterprise technology companies with major Texas operations are among the most active sponsors for customer success operations roles. Dell Technologies in Round Rock, Oracle in Austin, and Salesforce across Dallas and Austin have sponsored H-1B visas for operations-focused positions. Beyond tech, healthcare IT companies in the Texas Medical Center corridor and financial services firms in Dallas-Fort Worth also regularly sponsor for these roles.
Which visa types are most common for customer success operations jobs in Texas?
The H-1B is the most common visa for customer success operations roles in Texas, particularly when the position requires a bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, information systems, or computer science. Candidates with multinational company backgrounds may also see L-1B intracompany transfers. Australian nationals may qualify for the E-3 visa, which has no lottery and is faster to process than the H-1B.
Which cities in Texas have the most customer success operations visa sponsorship jobs?
Austin leads Texas for customer success operations sponsorship activity, driven by its concentration of SaaS and enterprise software companies. Dallas-Fort Worth is a close second, with strong demand from financial technology, telecom, and large enterprise software employers. Houston adds opportunities through energy technology and healthcare IT sectors. San Antonio has a smaller but growing base of technology employers sponsoring for these roles.
How to find customer success operations visa sponsorship jobs in Texas?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international candidates seeking visa sponsorship and lets you filter customer success operations roles by state, including Texas. Because sponsorship availability is not always listed in standard job postings, using a platform focused on sponsoring employers saves significant time. Migrate Mate aggregates roles from Texas-based companies with documented sponsorship history, making it easier to target the right opportunities without sorting through positions that do not offer visa support.
Are there any Texas-specific considerations for customer success operations visa sponsorship?
Texas has no state income tax, which affects prevailing wage calculations employers must meet under H-1B Labor Condition Application requirements. Employers must still pay the federally determined prevailing wage for the specific role and metro area, with Austin and Dallas-Fort Worth typically reflecting higher prevailing wages than smaller Texas markets. Austin's tight labor market for tech operations roles has also contributed to employers being more willing to sponsor candidates with specialized skills in customer success platforms and analytics tools.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored customer success operations jobs in Texas?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
