Which companies in Indiana sponsor visas for customer success operations roles?
Indianapolis-based employers with H-1B sponsorship history in operations and customer success functions include Salesforce (which has a significant Indianapolis presence), Genesys, Eli Lilly's technology division, and Cummins. Mid-sized SaaS companies headquartered in Indianapolis have also filed LCAs for customer success operations titles, though sponsorship decisions vary by role, headcount, and the employer's internal immigration policy.
Which visa types are most common for customer success operations jobs in Indiana?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for customer success operations roles in Indiana, provided the position qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field such as business, information systems, or computer science. Some candidates with Canadian or Mexican citizenship pursue TN visa status under the USMCA. Candidates with extraordinary ability may qualify for O-1 visa, though that path is less common for operations roles.
Which cities in Indiana have the most customer success operations sponsorship jobs?
Indianapolis accounts for the large majority of customer success operations sponsorship opportunities in Indiana, driven by its concentration of technology companies, SaaS vendors, and enterprise software firms. Carmel and Fishers, both Indianapolis suburbs, also host tech-sector employers with CX operations teams. Bloomington has a smaller presence tied to university-affiliated tech activity. Outside the Indianapolis metro, sponsorship opportunities for this role category are limited.
How to find customer success operations visa sponsorship jobs in Indiana?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international candidates seeking visa sponsorship in the U.S., and you can filter directly by role and state to find customer success operations jobs in Indiana. Because sponsorship availability isn't always advertised openly, using a platform like Migrate Mate that aggregates sponsorship-verified listings saves significant time compared to reviewing general job postings and then researching each employer's immigration history separately.
Are there state-specific considerations for customer success operations visa sponsorship in Indiana?
Indiana does not have state-level visa sponsorship requirements, but employers must file a Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor certifying the offered wage meets prevailing wage levels for the specific metro area. Indianapolis prevailing wages for customer success operations roles are benchmarked against the Indianapolis-Carmel-Anderson metropolitan area. Indiana's lower cost of living relative to coastal tech hubs can affect prevailing wage benchmarks, which may influence employer sponsorship decisions for this role type.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored customer success operations jobs in Indiana?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
