- Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews; course correct with test-and-learn sprints.
Digital Commerce (Owned Channels)
- Partner with Product/UX to improve findability, PDP quality, checkout, and payment success; drive conversion rate, AOV, and cart recovery.
- Own merchandising, offers, and onsite search/ranking; operationalize promo governance and QA.
- Align CRM/lifecycle (email, push, loyalty/membership) to boost engagement, repeat, and LTV.
Marketplace & Partner Distribution
- Manage relationships with OTAs/marketplaces; negotiate terms, fees, SLAs, and data sharing.
- Optimize content health (rates, imagery, amenities, descriptions, reviews) and ranking algorithms.
- Ensure parity discipline and protect contribution margin via mix management and bid/boost tactics where applicable.
Payments, Collections & Commercial Operations
- Govern payment policies, tokenization, balance due collection, chargeback defense, and exceptions-handling.
- Standardize SOPs for reservation quality, modifications, cancellations, and refund logic; implement QA audits.
- Drive automation across manual processes; establish control frameworks to reduce leakage and bad debt.
Data, Analytics & Decision Velocity
- Stand up dashboards for Revenue, Margin, Conversion, Payment Success, Bad Debt, and Channel Mix.
- Institutionalized experimentation: rapid A/B tests on price fences, promos, PDP elements, and marketplace levers.
- Use predictive models for demand forecasting, price elasticity, and inventory prioritization.
Compliance, Risk & Governance
- Partner with Security/Compliance on PCI, privacy, and marketplace policy adherence; implement recurring controls.
- Establish promo and rate governance, disclaimer standards, and parity rules to limit regulatory/commercial risk.
Cross Functional Leadership
- Align with Operations, Finance, Legal, IT/Product, and Brand to deliver end-to-end outcomes.
- Coach high performing leaders; build succession plans and talent pipelines.
What You'll Bring:

- Deep expertise in pricing science, merchandising, OTA/marketplace dynamics, and payments/collections.
- Fluency in analytics and testing (forecasting, elasticity, experimentation).
- Comfortable with governance (PCI/privacy), contract negotiation, and partner SLAs.
- Executive communication; builds alignment across Legal, Finance, Operations, IT/Product, and Marketing.

Which companies sponsor visas for customer success operations roles in Florida?
Florida-based companies with a track record of sponsoring international workers in operations and customer success functions include Chewy, Citrix Systems, Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG), and various SaaS and fintech firms headquartered in Miami and Tampa. Larger enterprises tend to have established immigration programs, making them more likely to support H-1B and other work visa categories for customer success operations hires.
Which visa types are most common for customer success operations roles in Florida?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for customer success operations roles in Florida, provided the position qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as business, information systems, or a related discipline. Candidates already holding TN, O-1, or L-1 status may also find opportunities, depending on their background and the employer's existing sponsorship infrastructure.
Which cities in Florida have the most customer success operations sponsorship jobs?
Miami leads Florida for customer success operations sponsorship activity, driven by its concentration of technology, fintech, and Latin American regional headquarters. Tampa is a strong second, with UKG, Jabil, and several SaaS companies based there. Orlando also has a notable presence, particularly among hospitality technology and enterprise software firms that hire for customer-facing operations roles.
How to find customer success operations visa sponsorship jobs in Florida?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international job seekers and filters customer success operations roles in Florida by visa sponsorship eligibility, saving significant research time. Beyond browsing Migrate Mate, targeting employers with active H-1B filing histories in Florida's tech and SaaS sectors improves your odds. Tailoring your application to highlight operations metrics, CRM proficiency, and cross-functional coordination strengthens your profile for these roles.
Are there any Florida-specific considerations for customer success operations sponsorship candidates?
Florida has no state income tax, which affects how employers frame compensation benchmarks and how candidates should evaluate offers relative to prevailing wage determinations under the H-1B program. The state's strong Latin American business ties mean bilingual candidates with Spanish or Portuguese proficiency have a competitive edge in Miami-area customer success operations roles. Florida's university system, including the University of Florida and University of South Florida, also supplies a pipeline that international candidates compete alongside.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored customer success operations jobs in Florida?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
