About the company
Asseti is the category-defining platform for asset intelligence and operations, used by some of the world’s largest real estate owners to understand their assets, optimize portfolio performance, and make smarter operational, maintenance, and capital decisions.
We turn complex, fragmented asset information into a single source of truth - combining real-time condition insights with the operational context needed to prioritize work, manage risk, and drive efficient action across large property networks.
Asseti automates condition detection, triage, repair prioritization, and cost forecasting at scale. We streamline asset operations by enabling teams to identify issues, understand impact, coordinate responses, and measure improvement - all within one unified platform.
We’re building the intelligence and operational backbone that helps leading organizations run their assets with clarity, consistency, and confidence.
Role overview
We are looking for an Operations Manager to own the end-to-end process that gets data ordered, captured and delivered to enterprise customers. You will work in close partnership with our data processing and platform engineering team, and your core job is to make that machine run faster and with less friction every cycle.
This is an execution-first role. You do not wait to be told what needs doing. When something is off track, you surface it immediately with a path to resolution, not a status update. When a process is broken, you fix it at the right level of complexity for right now, then improve it from there. A working solution shipped today beats a perfect one delivered in six weeks.
Critically, you will use AI as a core part of how you operate. Not as a novelty, but as the primary way you identify gaps, prototype fixes, build automations, and create a compounding flywheel where every process improvement makes the next one easier. The right person sees AI as a force multiplier on their operational instincts and reaches for it as naturally as a spreadsheet.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full order lifecycle from submission through to processed delivery, including creation, tracking, QA, and handoff to the data processing team, with a 24-hour order creation SLA as the baseline.
- Monitor order queues and delivery pipelines proactively. Surface and resolve blockers before they become visible to others.
- Own the QA process for survey data entering the processing pipeline. Build practical, repeatable steps that work today and iterate as tooling improves. Do not wait for a fully automated system before establishing a reliable process.
- Work closely with the processing and engineering team to understand what clean data looks like, where common failures occur, and what upstream steps prevent downstream rework.
- Coordinate external drone pilots and ground-inspection contractors: confirm schedules, resolve boundary errors and access issues, and ensure jobs are collected correctly the first time.
- Build and manage a national contractor network with defined scopes, rates, and performance expectations. Hold vendors accountable to them.
- Ensure Customer Success and account managers always have a current, accurate picture of delivery status. Communicate proactively when accounts are at risk, before issues surface to the client.
- Use AI tools including Claude and Cursor to prototype process fixes, draft SOPs, analyse operational data, and build lightweight automations that eliminate manual work across the delivery pipeline.
- Continuously look for the next thing to systematize. Each improvement should compound on the last, not just solve today's problem in isolation.
- Instrument key operational metrics including order cycle time, QA pass rates, collection SLA compliance, and cost per site, in partnership with the BizOps team.
- Provide clear, concise outputs from any process or analytical work.
Requirements
- 5+ years in operations, field service management, or an execution-intensive delivery role.
- A strong bias to action. You move work forward without being prompted, follow through until things are genuinely done, and close loops reliably.
- Practical proficiency with AI tools such as Claude or Cursor. You use them to move faster, not to generate output for its own sake. You know when a well-crafted prompt solves a problem that would otherwise take half a day.
- A systems mindset. You think in processes and feedback loops, not one-off fixes. When you solve a problem you ask what would prevent it from recurring.
- Clear, direct communication: you surface problems early, your written outputs are concise and actionable, and you are comfortable having difficult conversations with clients and contractors when needed.
- Experience working alongside technical or data teams. You understand what they need from a clean handoff and you make their work easier, not harder.
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume, geographically dispersed delivery portfolio without things falling through the cracks.
- Contractor or vendor management experience, ideally in a field-based or geographically distributed context.
Bonus points for:
- Direct experience managing drone inspection programs or geospatial data capture operations.
- Familiarity with commercial real estate, facilities management, or similar asset-heavy verticals.
- Experience with field service management platforms, order management systems, or spatial data tools such as QGIS, ArcGIS, etc.
- Prior experience at a growth-stage SaaS business where you built or scaled an operations function from scratch.
Benefits
This is the role that builds how Asseti runs. You'll have full ownership of the field operational systems, automations, and tools that power the operations function across the business. High autonomy, direct access to leadership, and the chance to define a function from the ground up using a modern, AI-native toolkit. Competitive compensation, equity participation, and a path to grow as the company scales.

Which companies in Colorado sponsor visas for customer success operations roles?
Denver-based SaaS and technology companies account for the majority of customer success operations sponsorships in Colorado. Employers like Ping Identity, Zayo Group, and Ibotta have filed Labor Condition Applications for operations and customer success roles. Larger enterprise software firms with Colorado offices, including Oracle and Salesforce, also have established sponsorship histories for customer-facing operations positions.
Which visa types are most common for customer success operations roles in Colorado?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for customer success operations roles in Colorado, provided the position qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring a relevant bachelor's degree in fields like business, information systems, or computer science. TN visas are an option for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying business or engineering classifications. Australians may be eligible for the E-3, which follows a similar specialty occupation standard.
Which cities in Colorado have the most customer success operations sponsorship jobs?
Denver is the primary hub for customer success operations sponsorship jobs in Colorado, driven by its concentration of SaaS companies, fintech firms, and enterprise software employers. Boulder is a secondary market with a strong startup presence, particularly in cloud and cybersecurity. Colorado Springs has a smaller but growing technology sector with some sponsorship activity in operations roles.
How to find customer success operations visa sponsorship jobs in Colorado?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, making it straightforward to identify customer success operations roles in Colorado where employers are actively open to sponsoring. You can search by role type and state to surface relevant openings from Colorado's SaaS, fintech, and enterprise tech employers. This saves significant time compared to manually screening unfiltered job postings.
Are there any Colorado-specific factors that affect visa sponsorship for customer success operations professionals?
Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act requires employers to disclose compensation ranges in job postings, which gives applicants useful context when evaluating whether a role meets H-1B prevailing wage requirements before applying. The state's tech talent pipeline from the University of Colorado and Colorado State University also means sponsoring employers are accustomed to hiring internationally trained candidates for operations roles.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored customer success operations jobs in Colorado?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
