Which companies sponsor visas for customer success operations roles in Tennessee?
Healthcare technology firms based in Nashville, including HealthStream and Qualifacts, along with logistics software companies and enterprise SaaS providers, have filed H-1B Labor Condition Applications for customer success operations roles in Tennessee. Larger employers with dedicated HR and legal infrastructure are generally more active sponsors than smaller startups, as the process requires significant compliance resources and employer commitment.
Which visa types are most common for customer success operations roles in Tennessee?
The H-1B is the most common visa for customer success operations professionals in Tennessee, provided the role requires a bachelor's degree in a specific field such as business, information systems, or a related discipline. Canadian and Mexican nationals may qualify for the TN visa under the NAFTA-successor USMCA if the role aligns with a covered category. Australian nationals should explore the E-3 visa as an additional pathway.
Which cities in Tennessee have the most customer success operations sponsorship jobs?
Nashville accounts for the majority of customer success operations sponsorship activity in Tennessee, driven by its concentration of healthcare IT companies, fintech firms, and enterprise software providers. Memphis sees hiring in this area primarily through logistics and supply chain technology companies. Smaller markets like Knoxville and Chattanooga have emerging tech sectors but produce fewer sponsored roles in this specific function.
How to find customer success operations visa sponsorship jobs in Tennessee?
Migrate Mate is designed specifically for this search, letting you filter customer success operations roles in Tennessee by visa sponsorship eligibility. Because many employers do not explicitly advertise sponsorship willingness in job postings, Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsorship signals from LCA filings and employer history, which is especially useful for targeting healthcare technology and SaaS companies concentrated in the Nashville area.
Are there any Tennessee-specific considerations for customer success operations visa sponsorship?
Tennessee has no state income tax on wages, which affects prevailing wage comparisons since the Department of Labor sets H-1B wage levels based on regional data from the Nashville, Memphis, or Knoxville metropolitan statistical areas rather than statewide figures. Candidates with experience in healthcare IT platforms or supply chain software will find stronger employer alignment in Tennessee than generalist customer success backgrounds, since those are the dominant industries sponsoring in this state.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored customer success operations jobs in Tennessee?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
