- Monitor restaurant performance metrics and implement improvements to boost efficiency and guest satisfaction.

- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking.

- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and manage inventory effectively.
- Experience in managing fast-paced environments like quick service & fast food restaurants or fine dining settings.
