BAE Systems in Nashua is a major visa sponsor for software engineers and systems analysts. Nashua leads with BAE Systems headquarters and multiple defense technology companies. Manchester offers opportunities with defense contractors and aerospace suppliers. Portsmouth area has naval shipyard contractors who sponsor visas for marine engineers. The platform filters specifically for companies with proven H-1B and other sponsorship history in defense technology, radar systems, and aerospace engineering roles throughout Manchester, Nashua, and Portsmouth areas.
Which visa types are most common for aerospace & defense roles in New Hampshire?

Companies often sponsor visas for positions that can later transition to clearance-required roles after green card approval.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored aerospace & defense jobs in New Hampshire?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
