Which staffing companies in New Hampshire sponsor H-1B and other work visas?
Kelly Services, Robert Half, and Adecco maintain significant operations in Manchester and Nashua with documented visa sponsorship history. Regional firms like Insight Global and TekSystems also sponsor visas for technical recruiting roles. Healthcare staffing companies such as Cross Country Healthcare frequently sponsor nurses and allied health recruiters through various visa categories.
What visa types are most common for staffing jobs in New Hampshire?
H-1B visas dominate for specialized recruiting roles requiring specific industry expertise or language skills. TN visas are common for Canadian recruiters in healthcare and IT staffing. E-3 visas work well for Australian nationals in senior account management positions. L-1 visas are used when international staffing firms transfer managers to New Hampshire offices.
How to find staffing visa sponsorship jobs in New Hampshire?
Migrate Mate specializes in connecting international job seekers with visa-sponsoring staffing companies across New Hampshire. Focus on Manchester and Nashua for the highest concentration of opportunities. Target healthcare staffing firms given New Hampshire's aging population and nursing shortages. Consider bilingual positions given the state's growing diversity and proximity to international markets.
Which New Hampshire cities have the most staffing visa sponsorship opportunities?
Manchester leads with major staffing firms clustered in the downtown business district and surrounding suburbs. Nashua follows closely, benefiting from proximity to Massachusetts tech companies. Portsmouth offers maritime and defense contractor staffing roles. Concord provides government and public sector staffing opportunities, while Keene serves the manufacturing corridor.
What makes New Hampshire attractive for international staffing professionals?
No state income tax significantly increases take-home pay compared to neighboring Massachusetts. The state's low unemployment rate creates high demand for skilled recruiters. Proximity to Boston's job market expands placement opportunities without big-city costs. Strong healthcare and manufacturing sectors provide stable client bases for specialized staffing professionals seeking career growth.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored staffing jobs in New Hampshire?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
