Site Merchandiser (Timberland Americas)
What will you do?
We are looking for a detail-oriented Site Merchandiser to support the day-to-day merchandising and optimization of our eCommerce website for Timberland Americas. This role is responsible for ensuring products are effectively presented online, supporting campaigns, and helping deliver a seamless shopping experience that drives sales and customer engagement. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of online retail, product presentation, and data-driven merchandising and thrives in a fast-paced digital environment. This is a hybrid role, working 3 days per week at Timberland headquarters (Stratham, NH).

- Assist in managing the daily merchandising of the ecommerce site, including category pages, product listings, and promotion placements.
- Upload and maintain product information, images, pricing, and attributes to ensure accuracy of completeness.
- Support the execution of site campaigns, promotions, and seasonal launches.
- Monitor site performance and analyze sales, conversion rates, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Maintain product sorting and category organization to maximize product visibility and sales.
- Partner with marketing, creative, product teams, and UX to ensure timely and accurate content updates.
- Conduct regular site audits and QA checks to ensure product pages, links, and promotions function correctly.
- Assist with A/B Testing and merchandising experiments to improve site performance.
- Track competitor websites and industry trends to identify merchandising opportunities.
- Support the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
- Identify and execute opportunities and technology roadmap initiatives to drive best in class and relevant experience for Timberland consumer. Examples include navigation, badging, video, shopping tools, content placement, and personalization.

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 3-5 years of experience and professional achievements.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, Google Sheets, or analytics tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced digital environment.
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills.
- Experience and understanding with Content Management Systems, SEO and product taxonomy, Product Information Management (PIM) Systems, and knowledge of HTML or site merchandising tools.
