WHAT YOU´LL DO
- The Senior Process Engineer provides technical leadership and continuous improvement support across the Seabrook site to drive safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance.
- This role partners closely with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, EHS, and Supply Chain to optimize processes, improve reliability, and scale best practices across the site.
- The Senior Process Engineer leads complex process improvement initiatives, applies structured CI methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM), and serves as a technical mentor to engineers and operators.
- This role plays a critical part in driving operational excellence, supporting new product introductions, and ensuring robust, compliant, and sustainable manufacturing processes.
WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT
- 5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on Continuous Improvement, Green/Black Belt Certified
- Bachelors degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- Execute engineering processes to deliver high-quality products on time and at competitive cost.
- Provide technical support and perform root-cause analysis in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and enhance yield, cycle time, and OEE in adhesive production.
- Support capital projects and equipment upgrades, including process design, commissioning, and validation.

The salary for this role is $85,000.00 - $95,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
