Which companies sponsor visas for customer success roles in New Hampshire?
The most active visa sponsors for customer success positions in New Hampshire tend to be mid-to-large technology, healthtech, and enterprise software companies. Employers like Oracle, Dell Technologies, and Fidelity Investments have New Hampshire operations and established immigration programs. Smaller SaaS companies based in Manchester and Nashua may sponsor on a case-by-case basis, so it's worth researching each employer's prior H-1B filing history through public Department of Labor disclosure data.
Which visa types are most common for customer success roles in New Hampshire?
The H-1B is the most common visa for customer success roles in New Hampshire, particularly for positions requiring a bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field. Canadian and Mexican citizens may qualify for the TN visa under the NAFTA/USMCA professional categories. Australian citizens should evaluate the E-3 visa as an alternative to the H-1B. Role classification as a specialty occupation is employer-specific and depends on the degree requirements stated in the job description.
Which cities in New Hampshire have the most customer success sponsorship jobs?
Manchester is New Hampshire's largest city and the primary hub for customer success hiring, with a concentration of technology, insurance, and financial services employers. Nashua, located near the Massachusetts border, also hosts a meaningful number of enterprise software and defense technology companies that hire for customer-facing roles. Concord sees limited but steady demand from healthcare and government-adjacent technology firms.
How to find customer success visa sponsorship jobs in New Hampshire?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, making it straightforward to browse customer success roles in New Hampshire without sorting through positions that don't offer sponsorship. You can narrow results by state and role type to surface employers actively hiring internationally. Because sponsorship willingness isn't always stated in standard job postings, using a platform like Migrate Mate that tracks this directly saves significant time in your search.
Are there any state-specific considerations for customer success visa sponsorship in New Hampshire?
New Hampshire has no state income tax, which affects prevailing wage comparisons since compensation structures here may differ from neighboring Massachusetts. Employers filing an H-1B Labor Condition Application must still meet Department of Labor prevailing wage requirements for the Manchester or Nashua metropolitan areas specifically. New Hampshire's proximity to Boston also means some employers recruit across the border, so candidates should confirm the actual work location before assuming New Hampshire-based sponsorship applies.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored customer success jobs in New Hampshire?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
