- Create and interpret schematic drawings, including wiring diagrams and machine control layouts.
- Design industrial control panels, including schematics, layouts, and BOMs, compliant with NFPA 79 and UL 508 standards using AutoCAD Electrical.
- Develop and implement machine controls, including PLC/HMI programming.
- Perform system testing, commissioning, and validation to ensure equipment meet all performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during design, manufacturing, and field deployment to minimize downtime.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including test reports, operation manuals, and maintenance procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in industrial controls, control panel design, or a related discipline.
