Which companies sponsor visas for product directors in New Hampshire?
BAE Systems, Oracle, Fidelity Investments, and several mid-sized SaaS companies headquartered in the Manchester-Nashua corridor have filed H-1B visa petitions for senior product roles. Defense and aerospace contractors in Nashua also hire product directors, though sponsorship availability varies by hiring cycle and internal headcount approvals. Checking recent Department of Labor LCA disclosure data shows which employers have active sponsorship history for product-level positions.
Which visa types are most common for product director roles in New Hampshire?
The H-1B is the most common visa for product directors in New Hampshire, as the role typically qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as computer science, business, or engineering. Candidates already holding L-1A visas through multinational employers may also transition into product director roles. Those with extraordinary ability may explore the O-1A, though it requires substantial documented achievement.
Which cities in New Hampshire have the most product director sponsorship jobs?
Manchester and Nashua account for the majority of product director opportunities in New Hampshire. Nashua benefits from proximity to the Massachusetts technology corridor, attracting employers with established immigration programs. Manchester, as the state's largest city, hosts a growing cluster of technology and financial services firms. Bedford and Portsmouth see occasional product leadership hiring, particularly in healthcare technology and defense-adjacent software companies.
How to find product director visa sponsorship jobs in New Hampshire?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship eligibility, making it straightforward to identify product director roles in New Hampshire where employers are actively open to sponsoring. Because product director positions are senior-level, postings tend to reflect genuine hiring intent rather than exploratory listings. Searching Migrate Mate by role and state lets you focus on employers with a documented sponsorship history rather than applying broadly and discovering sponsorship limitations late in the process.
Are there state-specific considerations for product directors seeking visa sponsorship in New Hampshire?
New Hampshire has no state income tax, which affects prevailing wage benchmarking since total compensation structures differ from neighboring Massachusetts. Employers filing Labor Condition Applications must certify wages meet Department of Labor prevailing wage levels for the Manchester or Nashua metropolitan statistical areas, which are distinct from Boston-area benchmarks. The University of New Hampshire and Dartmouth College provide some local talent pipelines, though most senior product director candidates are recruited from outside the state.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored product director jobs in New Hampshire?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
