Which companies sponsor visas for radiologic technologists in New Hampshire?
The primary sponsors for radiologic technologist positions in New Hampshire are large regional health systems. Dartmouth Health (based in Lebanon), Elliot Health System (Manchester), and Catholic Medical Center are among the employers with documented sponsorship activity for imaging and radiology roles. Critical Access Hospitals and outpatient imaging centers in the state also occasionally sponsor, though less frequently than major hospital systems.
Which visa types are most common for radiologic technologist roles in New Hampshire?
The H-1B visa is the most widely used category for radiologic technologists in New Hampshire, as the role typically qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring at least a bachelor's degree in radiologic technology or a related field. Some employers also use the EB-3 employment-based green card pathway for permanent placement. Candidates with Canadian citizenship may explore the TN visa, which covers medical technologists under USMCA.
Which cities in New Hampshire have the most radiologic technologist sponsorship jobs?
Manchester is New Hampshire's largest city and has the highest concentration of radiologic technologist openings, anchored by Elliot Health System and Catholic Medical Center. Concord, home to Concord Hospital (part of the Capital Region Health network), is the second most active market. Lebanon, in the Upper Valley region, sees consistent demand through Dartmouth Health's flagship medical center and its affiliated outpatient sites.
How to find radiologic technologist visa sponsorship jobs in New Hampshire?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international candidates seeking visa sponsorship roles in the U.S., including radiologic technologist positions in New Hampshire. You can filter directly by state and job category to surface employers who have a history of sponsoring imaging and radiology staff. This saves significant time compared to manually screening postings for sponsorship willingness, which most general job postings don't explicitly state.
Are there any state-specific considerations for radiologic technologists seeking sponsorship in New Hampshire?
New Hampshire requires radiologic technologists to hold a state license through the New Hampshire Radiologic Technology Board of Examiners, and most employers also expect ARRT certification. International candidates should confirm their credentials are recognized before applying, as licensing delays can affect visa petition timelines. New Hampshire's smaller population base means fewer total openings than neighboring Massachusetts, but competition for sponsored roles is also less intense.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored radiologic technologist jobs in New Hampshire?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
