INTRODUCTION
ENE Systems of NH, a Stark Tech Company, is seeking a Sales Account Manager to help grow our HVAC Building Solutions business.
In this role, you'll focus on developing new business while building and expanding relationships with existing customers. You'll work with facility owners, contractors, engineers, and other key decision-makers to understand their needs and connect them with HVAC, building automation, controls, and service solutions. From identifying opportunities through developing proposals and closing business, you'll partner with our technical and operational teams to deliver solutions that create value for our customers and drive profitable growth.
- Develop new business through prospecting, networking, lead follow-up, referrals, and relationship building within the assigned market.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities with new and existing customers.
- Develop relationships with facility owners, contractors, consulting engineers, and other key decision-makers and industry partners.
- Understand customer needs and identify opportunities for HVAC, building automation, controls, service, system upgrades, and related solutions.
- Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle, including qualification, solution development, proposals, presentations, negotiations, and closing.
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, Project Management, and Service teams to develop customer solutions, scopes, estimates, and proposals.
- Grow existing customer relationships by identifying additional service, upgrade, renewal, and multi-solution opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer, pipeline, and sales activity information within the CRM.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build relationships and generate new business.
- Achieve established sales, booking, revenue, and gross margin goals.
COMPENSATION
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a commission and/or incentive compensation program. Actual earnings are based on individual performance and applicable plan terms.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- An Associate’s Degree and at least 5 years of related/relevant experience, or the equivalent combination of education (technical school).
- Experience in the HVAC industry including relevant Sales and Account Management experience required.
- Experience utilizing CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to develop new business, build a sales pipeline, and establish long-term customer relationships.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to understand customer needs and communicate solutions effectively.
- Experience developing proposals, estimates, scopes, or solution recommendations preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
