- Own end-to-end program delivery, integrated planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, and RAID governance across multiple Programs workstreams.
Stakeholder & Executive Management:
- Effectively engage with senior business and technology stakeholders, drive decision-making, provide executive-level communications, and manage escalations.
Financial & Resource Governance:
- Manage program budgets, forecasts, resource capacity, vendor/SOW governance, and overall cost control.
Agile/SAFe & Governance Excellence:
- Lead PI Planning, release planning, delivery tracking, executive reporting, steering committee governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong Leadership & Vendor Management:
- Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and independent decision-making while managing vendor performance, commitments, and delivery outcomes.
