The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. Product Engineer – Product Support
We are seeking a self-motivated, process-driven Product Engineer to join our Product Support team. This role is responsible for defining and executing product service strategies for the KLA-ECI Division, ensuring robust serviceability across the full Product Life Cycle (PLC). We are looking for a self-driven, technically curious Product Engineer with strong system-level understanding of chemistry within capital equipment and a passion for field service and product support. This is a high-impact role where you will bridge engineering, service, and customers—owning how our products are supported, maintained, and continuously improved across their lifecycle.

- Enhance Field Execution & Best Practices Collaborate with global teams to develop and refine Best Known Methods (BKMs) and deliver impactful training
- Support the Installed Base Analyze field issues, refine service documentation, improve training, and drive continuous improvement across global operations
- Engage Directly with Customers Travel onsite to support tool installs, escalations, and performance optimization
