Responsibilities

Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa is seeking an Administrative Assistant - Sales and Catering to provide essential administrative support to our Sales and Catering team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations and support the coordination of groups and events business.

• Provide administrative support to the Sales & Catering team.
• Assist with contracts, proposals, and event documentation.
• Support internal communication between departments and event coordination.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries as needed and general organization.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, proposals, and client correspondence.
• Prepare and distribute Banquet Event orders, contracts, and reports.
• Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting scheduling for the Sales & Catering team.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
