Responsibilities
Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa is seeking an Administrative Assistant - Sales and Catering to provide essential administrative support to our Sales and Catering team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations and support the coordination of groups and events business.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales & Catering team.
- Assist with contracts, proposals, and event documentation.
- Support internal communication between departments and event coordination.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries as needed and general organization.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, proposals, and client correspondence.
- Prepare and distribute Banquet Event orders, contracts, and reports.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting scheduling for the Sales & Catering team.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
