- Quote and sell auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products
- Follow up with prospects and quoted-not-written opportunities
- Cross-sell existing customers, including home-no-auto and auto-no-home households
- Conduct customer protection reviews
- Build long-term relationships with customers
- Help customers understand coverage options and make confident decisions
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activity in CRM system
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable talking with customers by phone, text, email and in person
- Sales-minded and willing to make outbound calls
- Coachable and open to training
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Competitive, motivated and goal-oriented
- Insurance experience is helpful but not required for the right person
Licensing
- Property & Casualty license preferred
- Life & Health license preferred
- We will consider strong candidates who are willing to become licensed.
COMPENSATION
- $40,000–$65,000+ per year including base, commission and bonuses
- Income will depend on experience, licensing and production.
