About The Job
- Responsible for elevating departmental Executional Excellence through ongoing performance evaluations, identifying knowledge gaps, developing corrective training solutions, and building effective and comprehensive onboarding programs
- Lead development of accurate assumptions, project plans and financial structures for all online and offline projects as well as complex, omni-channel initiatives
- Oversee financial forecasting, reconciliations, and resource allocations for all brands within portfolio and prepare rollup for Director of Project Management
- Evaluate changes in budgets, staffing forecasts and department utilization to provide strategic recommendations for preventing write-offs and maximize agency profit margins
- Required to be client facing and able to lead strategic planning discussions live when applicable
- Manage and guide team of up to 5 or more junior levels. Responsible for providing direct and constructive feedback as well as positive reinforcement. Empowering direct reports to grow the levels under them to ensure future success of the agency
- Partner with other Project Management leads to ensure consistency and standardization across the agency from a department perspective
- Partner with Account, Creative, and Strategic leadership on a daily basis to ensure cohesive working styles across all assigned brands
Compensation
- Salary range here - $120,000 - $165,500
