ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for helping with the project management and execution of system-wide marketing initiatives and for helping coordinate marketing activities that build awareness of the organization's brand among teammates and community with specific targeted emphasis on Bethany Medical's strategic goals and priorities.

In this role you will:

• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
• Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
• Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
• Write and regularly update marketing literature (brochures, press releases, email, etc.) to expand Bethany Medical’s presence in the market
• Assist in communicating with new ZocDoc patients and team leads to ensure Bethany’s motto is being achieved, easy access, best experience
• Support marketing executives in organizing various projects
• Update spreadsheets and inventories with Marketing KPI statistics

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Required skills/qualifications:

• Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• A high level of attention to detail
• Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications
• Exquisite communication and people skills
