HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Client Service & Retention
- Manage and nurture relationships of a high-volume book of business, particularly Small Business Clients with 10-50 Full Time Equivalent (FTEs)
- Lead the Benefits Renewal Lifecycle process, advising clients on optimizing their Employee Benefits Program
- Utilize Gallagher’s suite of resources, including tools like Excel and PowerPoint, and established work products to enhance client deliverables efficiently
- Identify opportunities to communicate or introduce comprehensive solutions involving additional Gallagher services or expertise like Retirement Planning, Voluntary Benefits, and HR Consulting
- Conduct virtual client presentations as needed
- Resolve client inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner, collaborating with internal teams as needed to ensure resolution
- Complete internal training and professional development to stay informed on insurance industry trends and challenges in Small Business Employee Benefits
- Exemplify the highest ethical standards, promote ethical behavior, and uphold the Gallagher Way
Compliance with Internal Processes
- Comply with Gallagher’s Professional Standards of Excellence and internal procedures
- Maintain up-to-date records in Gallagher’s Document Management System (DMS) and Account Management Platform
Time Management & Communication with internal & external stakeholders
- Maintain positive relationships with Gallagher vendor partners and internal stakeholders
- Maintain and prioritize tasks appropriately
- Leverage internal team members and resources to manage client/vendor expectations and ensure timely delivery of requests for clients and vendor partners

Required: Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience, OR High School degree with 8 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience. Active Life & Health license.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
