We are immediately hiring a Quality Supervisor in Charlotte, NC for our Supply Chain Solutions division. This role leads a team responsible for kitting, inspection, and documentation, ensuring all materials meet engineering specifications, safety standards, and delivery timelines while driving continuous improvement across kitting and quality processes. - Salary: $70,000 to $75,000 based on experience
- Schedule: Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM with flexibility to work additional hours or days if needed to support business needs

Quality Supervisor (HVAC Kitting) will oversee the day-to-day quality operations within an assigned function and is responsible for all quality aspects of Operations and Account Management. Mainly responsible for the supervising of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area.

- Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees
- Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling
- Health and Safety Management
- State/Local/Federal regulations compliance
