ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Sales Operations Analyst at RXO, you’ll focus on Leads coming through the website that need to be managed.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Manage the customer quality distro and brokerage sales operations distro that may receive internal and external questions
- Perform ad hoc research, respond to team member requests, freeze users in system after departure and work with management on account re-assignment
- Assist Offshore resources by managing the leads and account creations when there are questions, escalations or increased workload where additional help is needed
- Other duties as assigned
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
At a minimum, you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 1 Year of experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
It’d be great if you also have:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to create complex formulas in MS Excel and quickly learn and achieve proficiency in new software applications
- Experience in developing presentations for senior management, preferably at the C level
- Experience working with sales teams at all levels
- Forward thinking and can utilize the resources available, perform research on industries and customers, etc. and utilize Salesforce daily
- Acquisition experience
- The ability to work extended hours, including weekends if needed occasionally and travel between regions/corporate headquarters occasionally. Traditional schedule: 8:00 am – 5 pm standard
LOCATION
This position is based out of RXO's Charlotte headquarters at 11215 North Community House Road, Charlotte, NC 28277, and follows a hybrid work schedule with team members working onsite Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays.
