- At least four years of hands-on experience in the repair and refurbishment of mechanical and electric motors.
- Proven background in diagnosing and resolving electrical or mechanical malfunctions.
- Familiarity with motor components, seals, bearings, electrical parts, and coils is highly desirable.
- Experience conducting inspections and performance testing is considered a plus.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute the rewinding and rebuilding of industrial electric motors within our remanufacturing facility.
- Contribute to the team by disassembling units, performing repairs, replacing bearings and worn parts, rewinding coils, and completing final assembly.
- Identify and resolve mechanical or electrical faults in rotating equipment and AC/DC motors to ensure optimal functionality.
- Suggest process enhancements to help maintain a more efficient and productive working environment for the entire team.
- Complete various auxiliary tasks as directed by management.
