Which e-commerce companies in Ohio sponsor TN visas?
Columbus-based retailers with major e-commerce operations are among the most active TN visa sponsors in Ohio. Companies like Abercrombie & Fitch, Victoria's Secret parent L Brands, and Highlights for Children have filed TN petitions for technology and business roles. Nationwide fulfillment and logistics companies operating Ohio distribution hubs also regularly sponsor TN workers in qualifying occupations such as systems engineering and operations research.
Which Ohio cities have the most e-commerce TN sponsorship jobs?
Columbus is the clear center of e-commerce TN sponsorship in Ohio, driven by its concentration of major retail brand headquarters and a fast-growing tech sector. Cincinnati and Cleveland also offer opportunities, particularly with logistics companies and regional e-commerce platforms that need software engineers, data scientists, and supply chain analysts. Dublin and Westerville, as Columbus suburbs, host additional corporate offices with qualifying positions.
What types of e-commerce roles typically qualify for TN sponsorship?
TN visa eligibility depends on whether the occupation appears on the approved USCIS list and requires at least a bachelor's degree in a directly related field. In e-commerce, commonly qualifying roles include software engineers, systems analysts, data scientists, marketing managers with analytics responsibilities, industrial engineers in fulfillment operations, and accountants in finance teams. General merchandising or customer service roles typically do not qualify because they lack the required specialty occupation designation.
How do I find e-commerce TN sponsorship jobs in Ohio?
Migrate Mate lets you filter specifically for TN-sponsored e-commerce positions in Ohio, showing verified employer filing history from DOL Labor Condition Application data. This means you can see which Columbus or Cincinnati companies have an actual track record of sponsoring TN workers in e-commerce and technology roles, rather than guessing from general job postings. Filtering by occupation code and state helps narrow results to roles where TN sponsorship is already established.
Are there any Ohio-specific considerations for TN sponsorship in e-commerce?
Ohio does not impose state-level visa requirements, but e-commerce employers headquartered in Columbus often have in-house immigration counsel familiar with TN petitions, which can simplify the process for qualifying hires. Ohio's large fulfillment and distribution infrastructure also means some TN-eligible roles, particularly industrial engineers and operations analysts, appear in suburban and rural locations outside major cities, so candidates should not limit searches to Columbus or Cleveland alone.
