Which companies sponsor visas for manager, product management roles in Oklahoma?
Paycom, based in Oklahoma City, is among the most active sponsors for product management roles in the state given its scale as a publicly traded HR software company. Oil and gas technology firms, healthcare IT companies, and regional financial institutions in Tulsa and Oklahoma City also sponsor H-1B petitions for product management positions, though sponsorship frequency varies by company size and hiring cycle.
Which visa types are most common for manager, product management roles in Oklahoma?
The H-1B is the most common visa for manager, product management roles in Oklahoma, as the position typically requires a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as computer science, business, or engineering. L-1A visas apply when a multinational company transfers a product management leader from an overseas office. O-1 visas are an option for candidates with demonstrated exceptional achievement in their field.
Which cities in Oklahoma have the most manager, product management sponsorship jobs?
Oklahoma City is the primary hub, driven by Paycom's headquarters and a growing cluster of fintech and SaaS companies. Tulsa holds the second-largest concentration, supported by energy technology firms and healthcare IT employers. Outside these two metros, product management sponsorship opportunities are limited, so most candidates focus their search on the Oklahoma City and Tulsa metro areas.
How to find manager, product management visa sponsorship jobs in Oklahoma?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, making it straightforward to browse manager, product management roles in Oklahoma without sorting through positions that don't offer sponsorship. You can search by role and state to surface relevant openings from Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and surrounding areas, then review employer sponsorship history before applying.
Are there any state-specific considerations for manager, product management sponsorship in Oklahoma?
Oklahoma falls under the Department of Labor's prevailing wage determinations, which employers must meet when filing an H-1B Labor Condition Application for product management roles. Oklahoma City and Tulsa have distinct prevailing wage levels reflecting local market rates. Oklahoma State University and the University of Oklahoma also produce computer science and MBA graduates who enter the product management pipeline, which influences local hiring competition for sponsored roles.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored manager, product management jobs in Oklahoma?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
