As a Frame Automation Software Engineer, you will design, develop, test, and debug software tools, flows, and methodologies used in design automation and by teams in the design of hardware products, process design, or manufacturing. Responsibilities include capturing user stories/requirements, writing both functional and test code, automating build and deployment, and/or performing unit, integration, and end to end testing of the software tools. Designs and builds web‑based interfaces to configure launch and control tools - including frontends, backends, databases and APIs.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or a related field.
6+ months of experience in:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence fundamentals and automation principles.
- Full stack software development experience, including front-end and back-end development.
- Expertise in debugging and testing software tools for reliability and performance.
- One or more EDA tools like: Synopsys, Cadence, or Mentor Shell scripting, Perl, Python or Tcl.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with UNIX/Linux platforms.
- Familiarity from coursework or internship or work experience in the following: Semiconductor processing/engineering.
- Familiarity with OA/SKILL/Python VLSI mask design layout and/or verification.
- Familiarity with Cadence Virtuoso and Klayout Experience in using Calibre DRV and Calibre.
- Familiarity with DRC
