As the GM of the Alaska Airlines Lounge, you will have responsibility for daily operations and service staff including food and beverage operations managers, supervisors, bartenders and appearance.

Take charge of a vibrant, fast-paced environment where you’ll oversee daily operations, lead service excellence, and drive team performance across multiple service areas. The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.
PAY RANGE: $81685 per year - $105710 per year
INCENTIVE ELIGIBILITY: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
