Which companies in Oregon sponsor visas for partnerships lead roles?
Oregon's largest visa sponsors for business development and partnerships roles include Nike, Adidas, Intel, and Daimler Trucks North America, all of which have filed H-1B Labor Condition Applications for senior partnerships and alliance management positions. Portland-based SaaS companies and e-commerce platforms in the Pearl District and South Waterfront corridor also sponsor, though at lower volumes than the major enterprise employers.
Which visa types are most common for partnerships lead roles in Oregon?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for partnerships lead roles in Oregon, typically classified under specialty occupations tied to business administration or marketing degrees. Candidates with multinational employer backgrounds may qualify for L-1A or L-1B transfers. Australians can pursue the E-3 as an H-1B alternative. O-1A is an option for candidates with documented industry recognition, though the evidentiary bar is high.
How to find partnerships lead visa sponsorship jobs in Oregon?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship willingness, so you can search partnerships lead roles in Oregon without manually screening hundreds of postings. The platform surfaces positions at Oregon employers with documented H-1B or other sponsorship histories. Given Portland's concentration of tech and consumer brands, filtering by city alongside role type on Migrate Mate gives the most relevant results for this specific search.
Which cities in Oregon have the most partnerships lead sponsorship jobs?
Portland accounts for the large majority of partnerships lead sponsorship activity in Oregon, driven by its concentration of global consumer brands, tech companies, and marketing agencies. Hillsboro, roughly 20 miles west, adds significant volume through Intel's campus and its supplier ecosystem. Beaverton is notable for Nike and Adidas headquarters roles. Salem and Eugene see limited partnerships lead sponsorship activity outside of university-affiliated positions.
Are there state-specific factors that affect visa sponsorship for partnerships leads in Oregon?
Oregon does not have state-level visa programs, but the Department of Labor prevailing wage determination for partnerships lead roles in the Portland-Vancouver-Hillsboro metro area is based on that market's wage data, which tends to be competitive relative to national averages. Oregon's concentration of consumer goods, semiconductor, and SaaS employers means partnerships roles here are more likely to meet the H-1B specialty occupation threshold than in states with more generalist employer bases.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored partnerships lead jobs in Oregon?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
