THE DIRECTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PLANNING, DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF ALL OF THE ORGANIZATION’S MARKETING STRATEGIES, MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS, PUBLIC RELATIONS ACTIVITIES, AND FUND DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIES BOTH EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN COMMUNICATIONS, PUBLIC RELATIONS, MARKETING OR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, OR COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE, REQUIRED; MASTER’S DEGREE PREFERRED.
- 5+ YEARS OF PREVIOUS PUBLIC RELATIONS, MARKETING AND/OR FUND DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE AND SOMEONE WITH A BACKGROUND AS A CREATIVE AND STRATEGIC THINKER.
- DEMONSTRATED COMPETENCE IN DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS AND SOCIAL MEDIA.
- ABILITY TO SERVE ON PROJECT TEAMS, WORK COLLABORATIVELY, ACCEPT ASSIGNMENTS AND MANAGE PROJECTS TO SUCCESSFUL DELIVERABLES.
- EXCELLENT LISTENING AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS, ORAL AND WRITTEN, REQUIRED.
- PROVEN TRACK RECORD WORKING WITH ENTREPRENEURIAL C-LEVEL EXECUTIVES.
