Which companies sponsor visas for customer success consultants in Pennsylvania?
Enterprise technology and healthcare IT companies account for most customer success consultant sponsorships in Pennsylvania. SAP's Newtown Square headquarters, Siemens Healthineers in Malvern, and Comcast in Philadelphia have filed H-1B visa Labor Condition Applications for customer-facing technical roles. Smaller SaaS and fintech firms in the Philadelphia metro have also sponsored international hires, particularly for roles requiring specialized product or industry knowledge.
Which visa types are most common for customer success consultant roles in Pennsylvania?
The H-1B is the most common visa for customer success consultants in Pennsylvania, provided the role qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring at minimum a bachelor's degree in a specific field such as computer science, business information systems, or engineering. Some consultants at multinational firms like SAP or Siemens may also transfer on an L-1B intracompany visa if they hold specialized knowledge from an overseas office.
Which cities in Pennsylvania have the most customer success consultant sponsorship jobs?
Philadelphia leads Pennsylvania for customer success consultant sponsorship activity, driven by its concentration of enterprise software, financial services, and healthcare technology employers. The western Philadelphia suburbs, including Malvern, Newtown Square, and Wayne, host major technology company campuses that regularly sponsor international workers. Pittsburgh contributes a smaller but growing share, largely from healthcare IT firms and software companies connected to Carnegie Mellon University's local tech ecosystem.
How to find customer success consultant visa sponsorship jobs in Pennsylvania?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international job seekers and filters customer success consultant roles by visa sponsorship status, so you can focus on Pennsylvania employers already willing to sponsor. Rather than sorting through general job listings, Migrate Mate surfaces roles where sponsorship is a known factor, saving significant time for candidates on H-1B, OPT, or other time-sensitive work authorization.
Are there state-specific considerations for customer success consultants seeking sponsorship in Pennsylvania?
Pennsylvania's prevailing wage requirements for H-1B petitions are set at the county level, meaning wage floors differ between Philadelphia, Allegheny, and surrounding counties. Customer success consultant roles tied to enterprise software or healthcare IT often fall under SOC codes that carry higher prevailing wage determinations, so employers in this state must ensure the offered compensation meets Department of Labor standards for the specific work location before filing.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored customer success consultant jobs in Pennsylvania?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
