- Work with application development team to identify what exactly to monitor against
- Build appropriate monitors and alerts (mostly in Splunk, mPulse or Dynatrace)
- Work with engineering teams to make sure new features and changes are monitored quickly and safely
- Constantly improve our system performance and reliability through better tools, process and monitoring system

Good Communication skills, interpersonal skills and analytical skills
