- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage retention and referrals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, business development or call center is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with prospective clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team oriented.
- Insurance license is required, but training is provided.
