Which companies sponsor visas for growth marketing managers in Tennessee?
Nashville-based healthcare technology firms, including HCA Healthcare and Change Healthcare, have sponsored H-1B visas for marketing roles requiring specialized analytical skills. Financial services companies and SaaS startups in the Nashville tech corridor also appear in DOL Labor Condition Application filings for growth marketing positions. Memphis-area logistics and e-commerce companies occasionally sponsor for roles involving performance marketing and customer acquisition.
Which visa types are most common for growth marketing manager roles in Tennessee?
The H-1B is the most common visa for growth marketing managers in Tennessee, provided the role qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring a bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business, or a related field. Candidates with multinational employer backgrounds may qualify for the L-1B if transferring specialized knowledge. Australian citizens working with Tennessee employers may also explore the E-3 visa as an alternative to the H-1B.
Which cities in Tennessee have the most growth marketing manager sponsorship jobs?
Nashville accounts for the majority of growth marketing manager sponsorship activity in Tennessee, driven by its healthcare technology sector, expanding SaaS startup community, and corporate headquarters concentration. Brentwood and Franklin, both Nashville suburbs, also host significant marketing teams for healthcare and financial services firms. Memphis generates demand primarily through logistics, retail, and e-commerce companies with national marketing operations.
How to find growth marketing manager visa sponsorship jobs in Tennessee?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically for roles where employers have demonstrated visa sponsorship willingness, including growth marketing manager positions in Tennessee. Rather than sorting through thousands of unsponsored postings, you can browse verified sponsorship opportunities concentrated in Nashville's healthcare tech and SaaS sectors. Migrate Mate's filters let you narrow by role type and state, making Tennessee-specific searches faster and more targeted.
Are there state-specific considerations for growth marketing managers seeking sponsorship in Tennessee?
Tennessee has no state income tax, which affects prevailing wage comparisons that employers document in the Labor Condition Application process. Growth marketing roles in Nashville's healthcare technology corridor often require demonstrated experience with HIPAA-adjacent marketing practices, which can strengthen the specialty occupation case for H-1B petitions. Vanderbilt University and the University of Tennessee produce marketing graduates who create a competitive local talent pool, so international candidates with specialized digital or analytics skills tend to differentiate more effectively.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored growth marketing manager jobs in Tennessee?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
