ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, configure, and maintain incentive compensation plans, plan components, performance measures, and rate tables.
- Configure classification rules, assignment rules, credit rules, incentive formulas, flexfields, and related application setups.
- Manage Import Management processes for users, transactions, rules, and goals.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.
- Develop and implement enhancements to Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud.
- Configure, modify, and maintain OTBI reports, data models, and dashboards.
- Set up, document, and test application functionality, including upgrades.
- Troubleshoot incentive compensation processing, configuration, and application issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business and IT teams to optimize sales compensation processes.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, backlog prioritization, and development activities.
