Otis Elevator is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr Manager, Commercial & Integration Lead, Alternate Brands to drive growth within our acquisition segment. This role will focus on leading sales strategy, optimizing performance, and integrating newly acquired businesses into our service portfolio.
On a typical day you will:
- Lead forecasting and weekly business reviews for service and modernization sales
- Manage marketing lead execution and pipeline health
- Coach and develop sales associates to exceed performance targets
- Support and enhance regional training programs and CRM tools
- Collaborate with senior leadership and branch teams to execute strategic goals
- Strengthen customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Develop an integration playbook for future acquisitions
- Drive continuous improvement across sales processes and integration efforts
- Serve as the primary contact for integration and sales processes for the existing and future acquisition companies
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years of sales experience required
- Elevator industry sales experience preferred
- Sales leadership experience desired
- Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
- Candidate must demonstrate strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
- Needs to be self-motivated, with a strategic mindset and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities
- Successful candidate should be very comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software
- Strong leadership skills, customer focus, ability to drive results, goal-oriented, with strong time management and organizational skills
Travel
Travel Required (maximum of 25%) to branches for training and visibility.
Location
The preference is that the candidate resides in one of the following markets: Houston, Denver, Dallas, or Los Angeles, with the ability to have a regular presence in the local office along with hybrid options.
