What You’ll Do: As a Fulfillment and Delivery Supervisor at Sodexo, you are a strategic coordinator and resource champion. You make an impact every day by ensuring quality standards and productivity goals are achieved and prioritize safety.
Responsibilities include:
- Provides oversight at the direction of management onsite to coordinate routine work activities of employees engaged in operations, fulfillment, deliveries, and services at various locations.
- Supervise route assignments, route delivery, and transportation activities, to ensure that all deliveries are completed in a timely manner.
- Control vehicle maintenance schedules and records, such as accident reporting and vehicle inspections, as required by contracts and regulations.
- Provide support to management in the daily oversight of employees and key functions.
- Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
- Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
What You Bring:
- Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all.
- Minimum 2 – 4 years of experience working in a warehouse, transportation, purchasing, customer service, sales or similar supply chain department.
- 0 – 2 years of transportation related work experience and Food handler card / Servsafe Certification preferred.
- Valid state driver’s license required.
- Additional Requirements: Possess a valid driver’s license.
