This internship is designed for students or recent graduates who are passionate about supporting wireless engineering teams in design, testing, and optimization of RF and wireless networks (LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi). This person will gain hands-on exposure across test setup, field testing, and network performance analysis. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a dynamic, technology-driven environment and is keen to contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of our IT systems.

Responsibilities
- Assist in RF testing, validation, and troubleshooting of wireless systems
- Support drive tests and field measurements (coverage, throughput, KPIs)
- Collect, analyze, and document wireless performance data
- Work with RF tools (collection, analysis)
- Support setups, test plans, and reporting
- Collaborate with RF, core, and system engineering teams
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Pursuing degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or Computer Science
- Basic understanding of RF fundamentals, wireless communication, and networking
- Familiarity with LTE/5G/Wi-Fi concepts (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork
- Proficiency in Python scripting and leveraging AI tools for task automation (preferred)
